UNICUM ZWACK
SFACCIATAMENTE AMARO
Unicum Zwack is a liqueur made by distilling more than forty herbs from around the world, aged for six months in oak barrels. It originated in 1790 from one of the family ancestors, Dr. Zwack, a royal physician at the court of the Austro-Hungarian Emperor. “Das ist ein Unikum!”: Joseph II would have said, thus naming this herbal liqueur contained in its distinctive round bottle.
UNICUM RESERVE
Over the course of its more than 80 years of use, the cask, acquires an inner coating that we call “black honey” making Unicum Riserva even rounder and more velvety in texture and taste.
The product, is then further aged in Tokaj casks from the Dobogó winery-under the supervision of Izabella Zwack-giving the Riserva its unique and seductive appeal.
