ENGINE is an organic distilled gin, crafted entirely in Italy by master distillers in small batches and bottled in Alta Langa, in the northwest of the country. Its formula, rooted in Italian and Piedmontese traditions, pays homage to the heritage of rosoli and cordials made with sage and lemon, long celebrated both as digestive remedies and mood boosters. The inspiration behind ENGINE comes from a world of fuel cans, motocross races, and high-speed stories, a tribute to iconic automotive legends of the ’70s and ’80s such as the fiery Ford Gran Torino from Starsky & Hutch and Clint Eastwood’s cult movie. On the palate, balsamic juniper aromas are complemented by the fresh zestiness of lemon peel and the bold, herbal intensity of sage, all layered over an elegant, well-balanced floral backdrop with a final hint of licorice root.
